Selma Weinstein Kutner, 89, of Atlanta, Ga., formerly of West Hartford, died Dec. 5. She was the widow of Saul S. Kutner. She was born and raised in Brooklyn, N.Y. She was also predeceased by her daughter Ellen Kutner, and her brother Bernard Weinstein. She is survived by her daughters Charna Hicks and her husband Gregory of Woodstock, Ga., and Naomi Kutner of Powder Springs, Ga.; and her grandchildren, James and Elizabeth Hicks.
