Elaine Goldfield Bregman, 84, of Stamford, died Jan. 15. She was the wife of Herb Bregman. Born in Bridgeport, she was the daughter of Anne and Louis Goldfield. She was a member of Congregation Agudath Sholom. In addition she was survived by her children, Joan Katz and her husband Sheldon of Stamford, Owen Bregman and his wife Ellen of Westport; her grandchildren, Dana and David Katz and Alexandra and Michael Bregman; her brother Alvin and his wife Sarann of Lexington, Mass.; and many nieces and nephews. She was also predeceased by her sister Muriel Lessler and her husband Stephen.
