Marvin I. Cohn, 78, of Georgia, formerly of Newington, died Dec. 20. He was the widower of Myrna Baller Cohn and Arlyn Matwetsky Cohn. Born in Hartford, he was the son of the late George and Thelma Cohn. He was an active member of Congregation B’nai Sholom in Newington. He was also predeceased by his brother, David Cohn, and his sister Harriet Cohn Herman. He is survived by his children, Marc Cohn and his wife Wendy of New York, N.Y., Joel Cohn and his wife Lisa of Norfolk, Va., and Bruce and Cohn and his wife Nicole of Alpharetta, Ga.; his grandchildren, Ayden, Melanie, Halle, Michael, Brian and Logan Cohn; his brother-in-law Jack Herman; and his sister-in-law Libby Cohn.
