Jody Ellen Elston Katz, 67, of Groton, died Dec. 16. She was the wife of Merrill Katz. Raised in Elmwood, she was the daughter of Roslyn Elston and the late Leon Elston. In addition to her mother and her husband, she is survived by her sister Sari Trzepacz; and her children, Mark Katz, and Jamie Katz Court and her husband Barnaby Court.
