Richard Rubin of Hartford, 78, died April 30. He was the widower of Myrna Rubin. Born April 20, 1940 in Baltimore, Md., he was the son of the late Anna (nee Wolf) and Howard Rubin. He served in the U.S. Army. He is survived by his brother Melvin Rubin and his wife Phyllis of Pikesville, Md.; his sister Sandra Snyder and her husband Stephen of Ft. Myers, Fla., his sister-in-law Anita Tenner and her husband Boris of Odenton, Md., his brothers-in-law, Morris Zwagil and his wife Rosalie of Owings Mills, Md., and Malcolm Powers and his wife Marilyn of Essex, Md.; his children, Heather Fiedler and her husband Roberg of Newington, and Bruce Rubin and his wife Lynne of Cedar Grove, N.J.; and his grandchildren, Benjamin, Micah and Rachel Fiedler, and Isaac, Maya and Gabriel Rubin.
