Marilyn (Sigal) Katz, 73, of West Hartford and Newington, died Oct. 3. She was the widow of the late William S. Katz. Born in Hartford, she was the daughter of the late Julius and Julia (Bromberg) Sigal. She is survived by her children, Samuel Katz and his wife Tammy, of Newington,; and Amy Katz Deane and her husband Gary of New York City and Livingston, N.J.; her granddaughters, Jenna and Carly Weiss; her sister Andrea Sigal Pillsbury and her husband Stephen of Avon; her brother Joel Sigal and his wife Claire of Selkirk, N.Y.; and many nieces and nephews.
