Rita Lapides, 86, of New Haven, died May 16. She was the wife of Martin Lapides. She was born in New Haven. She was in the U.S. Air Force. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children Beth Lapides, and Michael Lapides and his wife Karen Keohan; her brother Donald Chepovsky; her sister Rene Silverman, and her grandchildren Nathan and Isaac Lapides.
