Florence (Flossy) Lipson Fischel, 73, of Stamford, died August 17. She was the wife of Sam Fischel. Born in Los Angeles, Calif. and raised in Vancouver, Canada, she was the daughter of Prof. Samuel and Dena Lipson. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children,  Ari Fischel and his wife Ellen of New York, Jason Fischel and his wife Robin of Stamford, and Leah Miller and her husband Greg of Stamford; her brother Morris Lipson and his wife Charline Poirier of London, England; her sister Alisa Lipson and her husband Charles Krieger of Vancouver, Canada; her grandchildren, David, Lauren, Alexandra, Ethan, Alexis and Shane; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
