Bruce Bank, 70, of West Hartford, died Oct. 22. He was the husband of Elaine (Rose) Bank. Born in Hartford, he was the son of the late Harry and Shirley (Kostin) Bank. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Sarah and Becky Bank; his mother-in-law Claire Rose; his sister-in-law Geryl Rose and her husband Ron Paolill of Windsor; and several cousins and their families. He was predeceased by his sister Gale Bank, his grandparents Morris and Bertha Kostin, and his father-in-law Harry Rose.
