Elvira “Ellie” B. Levin, 87, of Windsor, died Nov. 23. She was the widow of Seymour Levin. A Holocaust survivor, she was born in Antwerp, Belgium, the daughter of the late Isaac and Golda (Chariton) Berliner. She is survived by her sons, Gary Levin of Hartford and Daniel Levin of Lindenhurst, N.Y.; and her grandson Ryan Levin of Windsor. She was also predeceased by her aunt and uncle, Ida and Abraham Nissenbaum, and her brother Leon Berliner.
