Beth Bye, commissioner for the State of Connecticut Office of Early Childhood, will be guest speaker at the Children’s Reading Partner Volunteer Celebration to be held virtually on Wednesday, June 24, 5 p.m.

Hosted by the Jewish Federation of Greater Hartford, the event will look back at this unprecedented educational year with a conversation about the role we can play in the future of early childhood education in a post COVID-19 world.
