Dr. Alan Lewis Gans, 92, of New Haven has died. Born in New Haven, he was the son of the late Dr. Louis and Lillian Gans. He served as a U.S. Navy lieutenant during the Korean Conflict. He was also predeceased by his sister Audrey Saidel. He is survived by his nieces, Margo Schiff, Karen Schur, and Alison Kovachi.
