Phyllis Reha (Cohen) Rubin, 90, of Southington, died Sept. 9. She was the widow of Robert A. Rubin. She was born and raised in New Haven. She is survived by her children, Carol Wright and her husband Philip, David Rubin and his wife Denise, and Michael Rubin and his wife Linda; her grandchildren, Stacey Cardy and her husband Jansen, Heather Rubin, Kylee Rubin, Ryan Rubin and Tyler Rubin and his wife Saniya; and her great-granchild Karter Rubin.
