Gwen Wayne joins Hollander House

BRIDGEPORT — Gwendolyn Wayne has been appointed director of Tenant Relations of the Greater Bridgeport Jewish Housing Corporation, it was announced recently by executive director Marjoie Worman Rosten.

Wayne is a myofascial therapist with a Bachelor of Science degree in health education from Northeastern University and a Masters of Social Work from Fordham University. She plans on taking a holistic approach in serving the residents of the Hollander House.

“Staff and residents have made me feel very welcome,” she said. “The work here gives me a sense of purpose where I can make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents.”

Wayne’s responsibilities include helping new tenants get acclimated to the Hollander House community, assisting residents in finding services through agencies in the greater community, and arranging activities both in the building and off-site.
