Music from the Galilee plays in Hartford

Israeli flutists Hagit Rosmarin and Gil Bohadana – known as “Halilim” — will bring their unique style of music – and their impressive array of hand-made flutes (many made out of recycled material) to Trinity College in Hartford on Thursday, Feb. 3, 7:30 p.m., for a concert featuring original works, Middle Eastern and Israeli music, and pieces written in collaboration with Arabic musicians. Hosted by Trinity’s Hillel, the concert is free and open to the public. The concert will be in Hamlin Hall on the Trinity campus, 300 Summit Street.
