JSU end-of-year meeting at Hall High in West Hartford.

On Dec. 21, the Jewish Student Union ( JSU ) at Hall High School in West Hartford – now in its fifth year – held its final meeting of the decade. Twenty-five students attend the club’s weekly meetings that feature lots of great food and an assortment of activities, including monthly Shabbat dinners.  JSU is a national organization that presently serves more than 220 clubs in public schools across North America, reaching more than 9,000 teens annually. By fostering a social atmosphere, presenting engaging and entertaining educational programs, JSU reaches all types of teenagers from the under-engaged to the already involved.
