Lord & Taylor shoppers were treated to a scene from the Mandell JCC Summer Theater Camp performance of Rodger and Hammerstein’s “The King and I” one recent afternoon, when Sydney Weiser of West Hartford, who played the lead role of Anna, led the cast in singing “I Whistle A Happy Tune.”
