Barry Hugh Weinberger, 69, of Liberty, N.Y. died Sept. 9. He was the husband of Regina Weinberger. Born in Cleveland, Ohio, he was the son of the late Marvin L. Weinberger and the late Lucille (Beyer) Opas. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his sister Joyce (Robert) Flescher of West Hartford; his nephew, Dr. Andrew Flescher; and his niece, Dr. Ellen (Ethan) Foxman.
