Gwen Wayne, the new director of tenant relations at the Hollander House in New Haven has residents on the go with shopping trips, entertainment events, games and all sorts of activities. Recently, Wayne invited Tai Chi instructors Darryl Manning and Maryann Charmoz to lead a class twice a week for residents. Here, Charmoz shows the participants the beginning motion to hold the ball.
