Ethel (Flitt) Frank, 77, of Simsbury, died Sept. 20. She was the widow of William N. Frank. Born in Hartford, she was the daughter of the late Isadore and Molly (Kurtin) Flitt. She is survived by her daughters, Roberta (John) Stevenson, Janice Weinstein, Paula (Jim McGowan) Knight;  her grandchildren, Eric and Krystle Stevenson, Sarah (Ben) Pradhan, Mark Stevenson, Shira, and Max Weinstein, Ashley Knight (fiancée Mark Spring), Charisse, Jordan, and Christian Knight, Daniel and Rachel Frank; and a great-grandson, Cameron Spring. She was also predeceased by her son, Mitchell Frank, and her sisters, Tessie Goldberg, Bessie Ginsburg, Lily Michaels, Edith Callender, Ruth Jacobson, and Sandy Garston.
