Israel Emissaries at the Capitol

Connecticut’s Israel Young Emissaries’ learned more about their adopted state on a recent visit to the State Capitol in Hartford, arranged by Bob Fishman, executive director of the Jewish Federation Association of Connecticut (JFACT). After a tour of the Capitol, the group had the opportunity to meet with Representatives Matt Lesser and David Baram.   Pictured here, the Young Emissaries visit with Lt.
