NEW HAVEN – Steven Belitzky, a student at the Jewish High School of Connecticut in Bridgeport addressed residents and then cut the ribbon at the dedication of the brick patio he built at Hollander House in New Haven.  An Eagle Scout candidate in Troop 10 of Fairfield, Belitzky designed and built the walkway as his Eagle Scout project, so that Hollander’s senior adult residents can safely make their way to the outdoor gazebo, where they enjoy spending time on warm weather days.
