Jeanette Frances (Purzycki) Filkoff, 90, of West Hartford, died Dec. 25. She was the widow of Isadore Filkoff. Born in Hartford, she was the daughter of Boleslaw and Anna (Hwaszewski) Purzycki. She is survived by her children, Alvin, David and Cynthia Filkoff; her son-in-law, Armand DeBiase; her grandchildren, Sefira Fialkoff and Alex and Michael DeBiase; and her sister Adele (Henry) Mazzie.
