Howard J. Siegal, 56, of Bloomfield and Clinton, did May 10.  He was the husband of Lois Siegal. Born in West Hartford, he was the son of the late Ruth and Edward Siegal.  In addition to his wife, he is survived by his siblings, Mark Siegal and his wife Ronna, Barry Siegal with his wife Judy, and Judie S. Levy and her husband, Coleman, all of West Hartford; his sisters-in-law, Judy Schuchalter and Albert Gordon of the Berkshires, and Gilda and Marc Angel of New York City; and numerous nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.
