Millicent (Katz) Jacobs, 84, of Hamden and Woodbridge, died April 20. She was the widow of the late Philip “Buddy” Jacobs. She is survived by her children: Jeffrey and Deborah Jacobs of Westport; Susan and Christopher Reidy of Newport, R.I.; and Richard and Barbara Jacobs of Stowe Vt.; and her grandchildren, David, Alison, Emma, Alicia, Hannah and Julianne. She was predeceased by her siblings.
