Louis Levinson, 58, of Hamden died Sept. 4. He was the husband of Arlene (Ignal) Levinson. Born in New Haven, he was the son of the late Harry & Mary (Fulvi) Levinson. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Michael Levinson of Wallingford and Amy Levinson of Narragansett, R.I.; his brother of Samuel (Sharon) Levinson of Stratford; and his sisters, Dorothy Greenwald of Fla., Shirlee (Alex) Gershman of Hamden, and Estelle Swearsky of Hamden.  He was predeceased by his brother, Victor Levinson.
