Donald Block, 76, died Oct. 13. He was the husband of Susan Block. Born in West Hartford, he was the son of the late Charles Block and Mildred (Franklin Block) Matchton. In addition to wife, he is survived by his children, Julie Saffir and her husband Kenny, and Peter Block and his wife Lisa of Los Angeles, Calif.; and his grandchildren, Robin Saffir, Ethan Block and Zoe Block.
