Taglit-Birthright Israel has sent nearly 400,000 young Jewish adults on a 10-day gift of a lifetime to Israel to discover their roots and forge ties with other young Jews since its inception. Now, Taglit-Birthright Israel alumni and their friends and family have a chance to win a round-trip ticket to Israel when they share the news about summer registration by referring eligible applicants to Taglit-Birthright Israel.
The Facebook-based contest, http://bit.ly/VmPOQd, is open to North American residents over the age of 18. The winner will receive one round-trip ticket for a nonstop El Al flight to Israel. Entrants will be able to refer friends and family and encourage them to have eligible applicants they know register for the Birthright Israel trip. The sweepstakes runs through Feb. 13, when Taglit-Birthright Israel opens registration for the summer 2013 season. The winner will be drawn randomly. Applicants can increase their chances of winning by having as many of their friends as possible sign up to receive registration information.
