Irving Horowitz, 93, of Longmeadow, Mass. died Feb. 15. He was the husband of the late Marcelle Horowitz. Born in New York City, he was the son of Rose and Joseph Horowitz. He served in the Army Air Corp in during World War II in Great Britain, North Africa, the Middle East, and Italy, retiring from the military with the rank of Captain. He is survived by two sons, Daniel and William. He is survived by his son William Horowitz; his brother Herbert Horowitz of Sarasota Fla.; his sister Helen Hurwitz of Silver Spring, Md.; his granddaughters, Jessica and Allison; and his great-grandchildren, Jonathon and Lillian. He was also predeceased by his son Daniel Horowitz.
