Rhoda (Schulman) Parskey, 92, of Farmington, died Feb. 19. She was the wife of the late Judge Leo Parskey. Born in Hartford, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Anna (Stein) Schulman. She is survived by her children, Leslie F. Parskey of Farmington, Margaret J. Parskey and her husband Kevin McEntee of Los Angeles, Calif., and Joseph W. Parskey and his wife Janet of Scituate, Mass.; her grandchildren, Brian Katz his wife Candace, Anna and Elisa McEntee, and Hal and Emma Parskey; her great-grandchildren Leah and Nathan; and her brother Philip G. Schulman and his wife Betty of West Hartford. She was predeceased by her brother Leonard H. Schulman.
