Dorothy Claire (Burkowsky) Selinger, 77, of West Hartford, formerly of Manchester, died Feb. 28. Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., she was the daughter of the late Jacob and Esther (Kleinman) Burkowsky. She is survived by her son Gary I. Selinger of Forest Hills, NY; and her brother Brian Burkowsky and his wife Ellen of Redbank, N.J.
