Hebrew High School of New England names new president

WEST HARTFORD – David Rosen of West Hartford has been appointed president of the Hebrew High School of New England (HHNE) for 2013-2014.

Long active in communal affairs, Rosen has served on the boards of Kodimoh Synagogue in Springfield, Mass.,  and Heritage Academy and the Greater Springfield Jewish Community Center in Longmeadow, Mass. For the last three years he has served on HHNE’s Board of Directors, most recently as the chair of the Development Committee.  David is a 20-year mortgage professional as well as president of Gold Trader, Inc. in Springfield.

Formerly of the Springfield area, Rosen and his wife, Naomi recently relocated to West Hartford. The couple have seven children, five of whom attended HHNE.
