Norman Polman (Norm Peters), 84, of West Hartford and Delray Beach, Fla., formerly of Newington, died April 9. Born in Hartford, he was the son of the late Samuel H. and Ida (Laschever) Polman. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict, where he was stationed in Sapporo, Japan.
