David Horovitz, former editor of The Jerusalem Post and founding editor of the Times of Israel, discussed “Israel’s Challenges in a Fast Changing Middle East,” in a talk held on June 11 at the Mandell JCC in West Hartford.  Co-hosted by the American Technion Society, the Mandell JCC, the Jewish Federations Association of CT (JFACT) and the Jewish Federation of Greater Hartford, Horovitz’ talk focused on current events, the U.S.-Israel relationship, and economic- and defense-related challenges facing Israel.
