Reuben (Ruby) Cutler, 87, formerly of Hartford, West Hartford, Old Lyme, and Delray Beach, Fla., died July 23. He was the widower of Elaine Cutler. Born in Hartford, he was the son of the late Jacob and Mae Cutler. He is survived by his children, Gary Cutler of Vernon, Brian Cutler and his partner Claire Sookman of Toronto, Canada, and Karen Mansfield and her husband Coleman of Lakewood Ranch, Fla.; and his six grandchildren.
