Joseph H. Gold died Nov. 2. He was the widower of Phyllis Gold. He served as a captain in the U.S. Army in the Philippines. He was a lifetime member of Congregation Agudath Sholom Synagogue. He is survived by his son Gerry and his wife Kathleen; his grandchildren, Jessica Gold, and Jason Gold and his wife Elizabeth; and his brothers, Leonard and Robert Gold.
