Kurt Weiss, 94, of Hamden, formerly of New Haven, died March 16. He was the husband of Irmgard Steinhardt Weiss. Born in Vienna, Austria, he was the son of the late Hugo and Irma Weiss. He was a Holocaust survivor. He served in the U.S. Army Signal Corps. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughters, Linda Ruth of Coventry, and Judith Weiss of Andover; and his grandchildren, Jeremy Schain, Jennifer Schain and Daniel Schain.
