Mandell JCC swim team star headed for North Carolina

WEST HARTFORD – Mason Revis, a member of the Mandell JCC Sharks swim team in West Hartford, has signed a Letter of Intent to compete on the North Carolina State University swim team beginning in the fall of 2015.

A student at Haddam Killingworth High School and a member of the Sharks for two years, Revis is best known for his 200 meter butterfly, 1650 meter freestyle and 400 IM (individual medley). In summer 2014, Mason placed first in the 1500 Meter at Sectionals in Buffalo, N.Y., and second place in the 800 Meter Freestyle. Revis was also named Connecticut’s Top 16 swimmers for eight years straight.
