Soiree-ing for a cause

Close to 90 guests enjoyed dinner and a silent auction at the second annual “Spring Soiree,” hosted by Jewish Family Services of Greenwich (JFS) on May 17 at the Tomes-Higgins House. Co-chaired by Lala Addeo and Willow Oberweger, proceeds from the event benefitted the many programs and services JFS provides to the Greenwich community, including Supermarketing for Seniors, a free service that provides grocery shopping and case management to the homebound elderly in Greenwich, and the Online Support Group Project, that brings counseling services into the homes of those who cannot get out due to chronic illness or other caretaking responsibilities. JFS also offers divorce and bereavement support counseling for adults and children who live in the Greenwich area.
