Elizabeth (“Bette”) Buff Milstein died Dec. 16. She was the widow of Jay Milstein. Born in Schenectady, N.Y., she was the daughter of the late Harry and Goldie Buff. She is survived by her children, Jeanne Milstein (Jo Ann Church) of West Hartford, Susan Milstein (Marc Kaplan) of Menands, and James Milstein (Amy) of Slingerlands; her grandchildren, Rosara Milstein Bass, Joseph Milstein and Elena Kaplan; and her brother, Alfred Buff. She was also predeceased by her sisters, Faye Kantor and Rita Bemporad, and her brother, Morris Buff. LEVINE MEMORIAL CHAPEL, Albany, N.Y.
