Florence Druckman, 99, of West Hartford, died Jan. 8. She was the widow of Harry Druckman. Born in Hartford, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Rose (Gordon) Weinstein. She is survived by her children, Richard A. Druckman and his wife Joan, of Princeton Junction, N.J., Judith Gruskay of West Hartford, and Rosanne Druckman and her husband Dr. Larry Scherzer of Simsbury; her grandchildren, Michael Druckman and his wife Andrea of Bethesda, Md.; Gregory Druckman and his wife Robin of Stamford, Steven Druckman and his wife Vanessa of River Forest, Ill., Jennifer Soep and her husband Richard “Chip” Galaty of Denver, Colo., ; Elizabeth Soep and her husband Charles “Chas” Edwards of San Francisco, Calif., and Matthew Scherzer and his wife Erin Russ Scherzer of Maplewood, N.J.; 13 great-grandchildren; and her sister Shirley Sosin and her husband Bill of Bensalem, Pa.. She was also predeceased by her sister, Sylvia Levine.
