Emily Lynn Eisen, daughter of Jack and Ann Mayer Eisen of St. Louis, Missouri, and Kristy and Wayne Williamson of Waterloo, Iowa, and Bryan Scott Bierman, son of Wendy and Andrew Bierman of Milford, Massachusetts, have announced their engagement.

The future bride is the granddaughter of Arlene (z”l) and Hillard (z”l) Eisen of St. Louis, Sandy (z”l) and Rudy Mayer of St. Louis, Wanda and Keith Wiltermood of Lexington, Missouri, and Marilyn and Ken Phillips and Tom Williamson of St. Louis. She is a graduate of Parkway North in St. Louis and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Education from the University of Missouri–Columbia. She is currently the director of Camp O-la-mi and Youth Services at the Stamford Jewish Community Center.

The future groom is the grandson of Ethel and Charles (z”l) Bierman and Ilse (z”l) and Herman (z”l) Freundlich, all of West Orange, New Jersey. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Youth Development and a Master in Social Work from Springfield College in Springfield, Massachusetts. He is currently the program director at Temple Israel of Westport.

A December 2016 wedding in Westport is planned.
