Walk for a cause

Close to 800 people – some walking as individuals and some as part of groups – came out on Sunday, Oct. 1 to take part in the Friendship Day & Walk in Stamford. When the event was over, more than $80,000 had been raised to support Friendship Circle – a program that provides a wide range of Jewish and social experiences for over 100 teens and young adults with special needs in Fairfield County.
