Shirley B. Kogan, 95, of Boca Raton, Fla., formerly of New Haven, died April 23. She was the widow of Max Kogan. She was born in New Haven. She was a graduate from Hillhouse High School. She is survived by sons Jason (the late Lori) and Marvin (Robyn), two grandchildren, Joshua (Samara) and Lindsay, and two great-grandchildren, Layla and Asher.
