Constance Casler Fisher, 74, of West Hartford died July 15. She was the widow of James London Fisher. Born in Boston, Mass., she was the daughter of Charlotte and Theodore Casler. She is survived by her children, Douglas Fisher and his wife Nicole, Elizabeth Fisher Siegal and her husband Erik; her grandchildren, Hayden and Camden Siegal; and her sister Carolyn Levine.
