Edith Kaplan Kabatznick, 97, of Middlesex, died July 1. She was the widow of Abner Kabatznick. Born in West Haven, she was the daughter of Morris and Fannie (Jacobs) Kaplan. She is survived by her children, Gloria Sones, Marvin Kabatznick and his wife Mary Moran, and Amy Mulderig and her husband John; her grandchildren, David Sones, Robert Sones, and Andrew Kabatznick, and his wife Elizabeth Gausden; her step-grandson John Mulderig; her great-grandchildren, Alex and Aiden Sones; her siblings, Shirley Fleischer, Harold and Dorothy Kaplan. Leon Kabatznick, Herbert and Rose Kabatznick, Norman and Minna Kabatznick and Esther Kabatznick; and many nieces and nephews. She was also predeceased by her siblings, William and Tilly Kaplan, Elliot Fleischer, and all of her husband’s siblings. Abner’s siblings.
