Leo Bachner, 95, has died. He was the widower of Sarah (Furman) Bachner. Born in Hartford, he was the son of the late Samuel and Anna Bachner. He was a World War II veteran. He is survived by his children, Stephen Bachner and his wife Pam, Wayne Bachner and his wife Judith Jones, and Robin Tobias and her husband Steven; his brother Marvin Bachner; his sisters-in-law Ruth and Nettie Furman; six grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; and several nieces and nephews. He was also predeceased by his sister, Sylvia.
