Arthur H. Sokol, 87, of Granger, IN, formerly of Simsbury and Delray Beach, FL, died Dec. 23. He was the husband of Saundra (Frankel) Sokol. Born in New Britain, he was the son of the late Mortimore and Sadie (Feingold) Sokol. He served in the Air Force during the Korean War. He was a member of The Emanuel Synagogue in West Hartford. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Eric Sokol and his wife Barbara of Granger, IN, and Debby Blinn of Niantic; his grandchildren, Sarah (Jon) Hahn of Fishers, IN, Ben Sokol of Chicago, IL, Ken and Morgan Blinn of Niantic; his brother David Sokol and his wife Shelley of Miami, FL; his sister Naomi Zeavin of Falls Church, VA; and several nephews and nieces. He was also predeceased by his brother Gerald.
