Janice Elaine Frant Hartman Stern, 93, of West Hartford, died May 29. She was the wife of Allan Stern. She was born in New York. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, Joseph Hartman of Milford, and Douglas Hartman of Louisville, Ky.; and her stepchildren, Arthur Stern of Ithaca, N.Y., Karen Stern of Sea Cliff, N.Y., and Bruce Stern of Westbrook.
