HARTFORD – Jewish Heritage Night at the Hartford Yard Goats will take place Sunday, Aug. 4 at Dunkin’ Donuts Park. The Yard Goats will play the Trenton Thunder, the AA affiliate of the New York Yankees. The gates will open at 3:35 p.m. and the game will begin at 5:35 p.m.

Before the game The Jewish War Veterans will participate in the American Flag presentation. The Jewish community will receive an official welcome on the stadium’s video board.

The Crown Market will offer Kosher food for purchase, and a “Scooper Sunday” all-you-can-eat ice cream social will be available. To purchase Scooper Sunday wristbands, call (860) 240-5991 or go to the box office on game day to purchase.

All of the children will get to run the bases after the game.
